During the operation of the machine tool, the PLC device monitors the operation of the CNC machine tool in real time through the user program prepared by the machine tool manufacturer. If a fault is found or the instructions issued are not implemented, the corresponding signal is transmitted to the CNC device in time, and the CNC device will display the alarm information on the screen.
