1. Accuracy test

The micrometer is used to measure the accuracy of the excircle of the NC lathe. The zero position of the micrometer should be corrected, and multiple points should be measured when measuring the excircle.

The radial circular runout test is the positioning test of two central holes. At this time, the machining datum coincides with the measurement datum, which reduces the error and is the correct measurement method. The measurement method is the same as that of coaxiality measurement,

2. Error analysis

The outer circle turned by the CNC lathe is conical, because the connecting line between the front and rear centers is not coaxial with the spindle axis, which is caused by the wrong center position of the tailstock of the CNC lathe.

The causes of workpiece vibration during turning of CNC machine tool are as follows:

① The tailstock sleeve extends too long or the workpiece support is too loose.

② The turning tool is not sharp enough or the arc of the tool tip is too large.

③ The bearing clearance of the rotary center is large or the clearance of the medium and small sliding plates is too large.
