Therefore, the vertical staff of CNC milling machine should have knowledge of machining process, hydraulic pressure and pneumatic, as well as knowledge of electronic computer, automatic control, drive and measurement technology, so as to comprehensively understand and control the machining center and do a good job of maintenance.
The purpose of daily maintenance and tumble of CNC milling machine is to prolong the service life of components; Extend the replacement cycle of mechanical parts to prevent accidental malignant accidents; Keep the machine in good condition and work stably for a long time. The contents and requirements of daily maintenance of different types of CNC milling machines are not exactly the same. There are clear provisions in the machine tool manual, but generally speaking, it mainly includes the following aspects:
(1) Maintain a good lubrication state, regularly check and clean the automatic lubrication system, add or replace grease and oil, so that the lead screw, guide rail and other moving parts are always in a good lubrication state, so as to reduce the wear speed of the machine.
(2) Check and adjust the accuracy of the frame to reduce the switch and position deviation between the moving parts, including the check and adjustment of the change system, workbench exchange system, lead screw, and the impermanence between reverses.
(3) Clean regularly. If the environment around the machine is too dirty and too much dust, it will affect the normal operation of the machine tool; The circuit is too dirty, which may cause short circuit; If the oil-water filter and complete filter screen are too dirty, there will be insufficient pressure and poor heat dissipation, resulting in failure, so they must be cleaned.
