Precautions Before And After Machining

Jul 18, 2022

1. Before processing each program, it is necessary to strictly confirm whether the tool is consistent with the program.

2. When installing the tool, confirm whether the tool length and the selected tool head are suitable.

3. Do not open the door when the machine is running to avoid flying knives or splashing workpieces.

4. If the tool is found during the processing, the operator must stop immediately, such as pressing the "emergency stop" button or the "reset button" button or setting the "feed speed" to zero.

5. In the same workpiece, the same area of the same workpiece must be maintained to ensure the accuracy of the CNC machining center operating rules when the tool is connected.

6. If it is found that the machining allowance is too large during the machining process, you must use "Single Segment" or "Pause" to clear the X, Y, Z values, then manually mill, and then shake it back. zero" to let it run on its own.

7. During the operation, the operator shall not leave the machine or check the running state of the machine regularly. If you need to leave midway, you must designate relevant personnel to check.

8. Before spraying with a light knife, the aluminum slag in the machine tool should be cleaned up to avoid oil absorption by the aluminum slag.

9. Try to blow with air during rough machining, and spray oil in the light knife program.

10. After the workpiece is off the machine, it should be cleaned and deburred in time.

11. When off-duty, the operator must hand over in a timely and accurate manner to ensure that the follow-up processing can be carried out normally.

12. Before shutting down, make sure that the tool magazine is in the original position, the XYZ axis is stopped at the center position, and then turn off the power supply and main power supply on the machine tool operation panel.
