Milling Technology During Machining Of CNC Parts

1. Feed line for precision CNC machining and milling of plane parts: when milling plane mechanical parts, the side edge of an end mill is usually used for cutting. In order to reduce tool marks and ensure the surface quality of parts, the cutting and cutting procedures of the tool need to be carefully designed.

 

    2. During the machining process, when milling the surface, the cut-in and cut-out points of the cutter milling cutter should cut into and out of the part surface along the extension line of the part outline curve, and should not directly cut into the part along the normal direction to avoid machining the surface. Scratches occur, ensuring parts are generally lubricated.

 

    3. In the process of precision CNC machining and milling, the inner and outer surfaces are closed. If the inner and outer curves are allowed to be extended, they should be cut in and out along the tangential direction. If the inner general curve does not allow extension, the tool can only cut in and out along the normal direction of the inner general curve, and select the cut-in and cut-out points at the intersection of the two geometric elements of the mechanical part. When the inner geometric elements are tangent and have no intersection, in order to avoid leaving a notch at the general corner when the tool compensation is canceled, the cutting point of the cutting tool should be far away from the corner.
