The dilemma that the demand for hardware stamping parts processing talents far exceeds the supply needs to be improved. The cultivation of metal stamping parts processing talents is a long-term process, and requires years of experience accumulation. However, limited by the conditions of software and hardware facilities, some colleges and universities have not trained enough professional students with practical skills; At the same time, the lack of standardized vocational teaching standards has led to various types of training classes in the society, the students are also mixed.


We need to make greater efforts to speed up the adjustment of power pin product structure. The overall development direction will still be to achieve the development speed of large, precise, complex, long-life molds and mold standard parts higher than the overall speed of the industry; Continue to expand the proportion of plastic metal stamping; Expand the number and capacity of professional die casting mold manufacturers.


Increase investment to strengthen innovation capability. It is necessary for backbone enterprises to provide all kinds of hardware pins from rough machining and heat treatment of moulds to various American, Australian, Korean and British gauge pins. General enterprises should also have CNC processing equipment to realize full automatic processing of mould manufacturing. And strengthen innovation through promoting industry university research cooperation.

It should be the general trend to promote the joint reorganization among die and mould enterprises. This is mainly due to the fact that a considerable part of the current mold enterprises are private enterprises, which objectively has the problem that it is difficult to introduce advanced mold manufacturing technology and equipment, which undoubtedly aggravates the competition in the middle and low-end markets.
