6. When starting CNC machining and cutting the tool, you should check whether there is irrelevant data in G60. If there is, it must be cleaned before processing. When the tool is about to cut into the workpiece, you should check whether the residual value is related to the speed of the cutting tool. It can be operated after unanimous confirmation.
7. In the process of processing, you must follow your post and not stay away from the machine tool. In particular, you must observe the working condition of the tool. If the tool is found to be worn, it must be replaced in time. After that, the workpiece should be marked again to check whether there is any movement.
8. Ensure a reasonable combination of tool rotation and machine tool net feed during CNC machining.
9. When polishing, it is necessary to pay attention to observe whether the adjacent surface is smooth enough before subsequent processing.
