When loading the material, the material head should be aligned with the chuck hole, and no random knocking is allowed. If the bar material is bent and the surface is rough, it is not allowed to be processed.

When loading and unloading the chuck, only turn the V-belt by hand to drive the spindle to rotate, and do not directly start the machine tool to force loosening or tightening when machining parts.
Before processing, the internal and external surface quality of the material should be inspected, and the surface should not have defects such as cracks, folds, delaminations, scars, folds, hair lines, etc.
When processing stainless steel parts, there should be no carbon steel material in the surrounding site. If there is, the carbon steel parts can be wrapped with rubber to prevent iron from contaminating the stainless steel.
All tools used for machining shall meet the requirements and shall be marked with an easily identifiable mark to indicate that it is intended for stainless steel machining only.
Do not touch the stainless steel workpiece with your hands or dirty gloves when processing stainless steel parts. You should wear clean labor protection supplies during processing.
