In the process of precision parts processing and manufacturing, because the production requirements and conditions of various parts are different, the manufacturing process plan is also different. When the same parts are produced with different process schemes, their production efficiency and economic benefits are also different.
On the premise of ensuring the quality of parts, it is very important to formulate a reasonable and feasible process plan with good comprehensive technical and economic benefits, which is called the process design of parts. Moreover, there are certain requirements for the selection and quality of materials.
Precision processing, not all materials can be precision processed. Some materials are too hard, and if they exceed the hardness of the processing machine parts, they may collapse the machine parts. Therefore, these materials are not suitable for precision machining, unless they are machine parts made of special materials or laser cutting.
There are still some requirements for materials in precision machining, and not all materials are suitable for processing, such as too soft or too hard materials. The former is not necessary for processing, while the latter is unable to process.
