Technical requirements that large-scale machining plants should comply with:
1. The oxide layer shall be removed from the workpiece
The machined surface of the workpiece shall be free of scratches, scratches and other defects. If there is no shape tolerance marked on the drawing, it shall meet the tolerance requirements of gb1184-80, and the allowable deviation without dimensional tolerance shall be ± 0.5mm.
2. The workpiece must be cleaned before machining
The workpiece shall be free of burrs, flash, oxide skin, rust, chips, oil stains, colorants and dust. Before machining, the main dimensions and relevant accuracy of the workpiece shall be checked.
3. The workpiece shall not be knocked, bumped, scratched or rusted during machining
When the workpiece is fastened with screws, bolts and nuts, it is strictly forbidden to hit or use unsuitable screwdrivers and wrenches. After fastening, the screw slot, nut, screw and bolt head shall not be damaged. Fasteners with tightening torque requirements must use a torque wrench and tighten according to the specified torque.
4. Cold shuts, cracks, shrinkage cavities, penetrating defects and incomplete defects are not allowed on the surface of the workpiece
The surface of the workpiece shall be cleaned without burrs and flash. The pouring and riser of non machined surface shall be cleaned and flush with the workpiece surface. The cast words and marks on the non machined surface of the casting shall be clear and legible, and the position and font shall meet the requirements of the drawing.
Large mechanical processing plants should carefully comply with the above four common technical requirements when machining. These technical requirements need to be strictly followed by operators. Only by complying with these necessary technical requirements can the quality of processed workpieces be better controlled in the process of machining.
