2. Machining process of machining

3. Precautions for machining
(1) Minimize unnecessary bending and toe movement for machining operations.
(2) Accurate positioning and fastening to prevent errors caused by vibration.
(3) The moving direction of the operating parts of the equipment and the moving direction of the operated parts shall meet the requirements and shall be simply marked.

Generally, the start button should be installed on the casing, and the retaining ring to prevent accidental contact should be installed, and the automatic release device should be installed on the shaft rod.
4. Machining type of machining
The processing types of machining can be divided into single piece processing, batch processing and mass processing.
Single piece processing: processing a certain mechanical part separately, and there will be almost no repeated processing.
Batch processing: processing and manufacturing the same mechanical parts in batches.
Mass processing: when the number of products is large, it is necessary to repeat the processing of precision machine parts.
