1. Try to load the card material first and then the card tool to prevent the hand from touching the tool when loading the card material. If the tool has been installed, when loading the material, the worktable should be moved to the outside first to ensure that when loading the material, it will not interfere with the tool, so as to avoid injury or break the tool.
2. When disassembling the tool in CNC machining, you must first observe whether the spindle stops rotating.
3. When unloading the knife, do not hold or pinch the blade of the knife forcefully to avoid scratching the blade.
4. After the wrench is used, it should be placed in the tool storage area, and it is not allowed to be placed on the Y-axis shield or beam.
5. During the machining process, the operator is not allowed to observe the cutting position at close range to prevent the chips from falling into the eyes.
6. Before starting the processing, check the position of the oil nozzle before turning on the switch of the oil pump to avoid spraying the oil to other positions when flushing.
7. When suspending observation in the gap of CNC machining, be sure to move the worktable away from the cutting position.
