Progress management method is the commonly used progress control method
(1) Batch control law
The production plan is prepared in a certain batch and used as the benchmark of progress management. This method is applicable to inventory production products.
(2) Order control law
This method is applicable to order production. Each order is numbered (sometimes the order is large, and the goods are delivered in batches and installments, or the order can be split to issue a manufacturing order). This practice is the most common in general enterprises.
Basic process of production schedule management
(1) The sales department signs sales orders based on the capacity load fed back by the production management personnel.
(2) After negotiating with the production management department, the sales department arranges the sales plan (order number, product, quantity and delivery date of the total number and details).
(3) The production management department arranges quarterly, monthly and weekly production plans according to the factory capacity and sales plan.
(4) The purchasing department shall determine the purchase and feeding plan according to the production plan and material inventory, and timely negotiate with the supplier to determine the feeding plan.
(5) The purchasing personnel shall verify and follow up the progress of incoming materials.
(6) The warehousing personnel shall prepare the required materials in advance and feed back to the purchasing personnel in advance in case of shortage.
(7) The production department controls the production capacity and the production schedule according to the production plan. If problems are found, they should be reported to the production management personnel in time and controlled and adjusted in time.
