System does not support
Check whether the management system really supports the process and flow content, and whether the system fully respects humanistic feelings.
If it is too strict, everyone will change their ways to drill the loopholes of the system, and even collective confrontation; For example, if you are late for one minute, you have to deduct money or implement double standards, and there is no standard for refunding and deduction, no communication and confirmation, etc.
Too wide, binding force is not enough. Both Yan and Kuan are relative and depend on value orientation. Any system that violates "customer orientation" and "human nature" is unreasonable.

Inadequate supervision
1. Lack of supervision methods, such as relying on people to manage people or forming gangs.
2. The supervision is offside or misplaced, such as the direct manager does not ask, the boss does it all.
3. Supervision dereliction of duty, such as knowing that the operation is not standardized, turning a blind eye, etc.
4. The quality of supervision posts is low, and the communication ability is too poor, or tolerance and tolerance are confused.
5. Regulators themselves are unfair and have no principles. No matter how good the process and system are, they will die. The upper beam is not right, and the lower beam is crooked.

Mismatching of technical management quality
The whole staff didn't have a deep understanding of the whole process quality control idea, but they still thought that if there was a factory director with excellent technology, the whole factory would be carefree!
