Common faults and their classification
Classification according to the location of the fault
1. Host failure. The main machine of CNC machine tools usually refers to the machinery, lubrication, cooling, chip removal, hydraulic pneumatic and protection parts of CNC machine tools. The common faults of the main machine include:
① mechanical transmission faults caused by improper installation, commissioning, operation and use of mechanical parts.
② Faults caused by interference and excessive friction of moving parts such as guide rail and spindle.
③ Failure caused by damage of mechanical parts, poor connection, etc.
2. Causes of spindle failure:
① high transmission noise, poor machining accuracy, high running resistance, non operation of mechanical parts, damage of mechanical parts, etc.
② Poor lubrication, blockage and poor sealing of hydraulic and toggle system pipelines are common causes of engine failure.
The regular maintenance of CNC machine tools is improper, and the phenomenon of "three leaks" is serious.
