In pulling and unloading, most of the shafts and sleeves are pulled and unloaded. Take them as examples to briefly describe the matters needing attention when pulling and unloading.
① Carefully check whether the positioning fasteners on the shaft and sleeve are completely disassembled.
②Check the removal direction of the shaft. The removal direction is generally always the big end of the shaft, the big end of the hole and the non-through end of the spline shaft.
③Prevent the parts from burrs and dirt from falling into the matching holes to block the parts.
④The sleeves that do not need to be replaced are generally not disassembled, so as to avoid the deformation of the disassembled parts.
⑤The sleeve that needs to be replaced should not be punched arbitrarily when dismantling. The surface of the mating hole will be damaged after the sleeve end is roughened.
