1 Research Method

1.1 Design and Process Development

The engineering process included 3D drawing review, flat pattern development, laser cutting simulation, deburring, and dimensional verification.

Production data was collected from CAD files, process parameters, and inspection records. Measuring tools including digital calipers, height gauges, and surface inspection equipment were applied to verify critical dimensions.

1.2 Results and Analysis

The evaluation showed that optimized laser parameters reduced deformation risks and improved consistency between batches. Compared with conventional steel brackets, the aluminum structure achieved lower weight while maintaining sufficient mechanical support. The combination of digital design and controlled fabrication shortened preparation time for customized projects.

2 Discussion

The performance improvement was mainly related to accurate process planning and suitable material selection. However, thickness variation and complex bending requirements may influence final accuracy. Further optimization can focus on automated inspection and advanced simulation methods.
