Metal materials There are many kinds of metal materials: but most of the metal materials that can be manufactured by display housings have excellent physical properties. At present, the metal materials commonly used in display housing factories mainly include austenite 304 and aluminum and magnesium alloys. This metal material has excellent magnetic properties, strength and rigidity, and can be easily manufactured into thin, high-grade, high-end display case products. Therefore, metal materials are the most widely used materials in the display housing manufacturing industry.
Glass material Compared with metal and plastic materials, glass material has great advantages in hardness, stiffness, impact resistance and aesthetics. In addition, the glass material does not interfere with the transmission and reception of wireless signals, so the display case made of glass material provides more practical performance. Because it is fragile and easily stained with fingerprints, the application of glass material display casing manufacturing is limited.
Composite materials and other materials are currently in industrial production. The types of composite materials mainly exist in the form of fibers. The composite materials used to manufacture display housings mainly include carbon fiber, glass fiber, Kevlar fiber, etc. Other materials used in the display case vary from wood to ceramic materials, precious stones and gold and silver materials. Different materials have different differences in the price of the display case.
