What are the requirements for the acceptance of machining molds
Mold appearance
1. For molds with direction requirements, marks indicating up and down shall be mainly marked on the appearance. The installation direction can be marked with an arrow on the front formwork or the rear formwork, and the word "up" can be marked. The arrow and words are painted with yellow paint, and the word height is 50mm.
2. Whether there are pits, rust, unnecessary lifting rings, water inlet and outlet, gas, oil holes and other defects affecting the appearance on the surface of the formwork.
3. Whether each plate of the mold base has a chamfer greater than 1.5mm.
4. Whether the appearance of the mold is convenient for hoisting and transportation, and avoid disassembling mold parts in this process. If the lifting ring interferes with the water nozzle, oil cylinder, pre reset rod, etc., the position of the lifting ring hole can be changed.
5. The lifting eye hole needs to appear in the mold parts with a weight of more than 10kg. If not, corresponding measures should be taken to ensure the convenient disassembly and installation of parts. The size of lifting rings and the location of lifting ring holes shall be designed according to relevant enterprise standards. Whether the lifting ring can be screwed to the end and the hoisting is balanced.
2、 Ejection reset, core pulling and inserting, parts taking
1. Whether the ejection is smooth, free of stagnation and abnormal noise.
2. Whether the surface of the inclined top is polished, and the inclined top surface is 0.1-0.15mm lower than the core surface.
3. Whether there is a tin bronze guide chute on the inclined top is fixed with screws, and the locating pin is positioned in the rear mold base.
4. Whether the sliding parts have oil grooves with hardness of hv700 after nitriding treatment.
5. Whether all jacking rods have rotation stop positioning, according to the three positioning methods of the enterprise standard, and there are numbers.
6. Whether the thimble board is reset to the end.
7. Whether the ejection distance is limited by a limit block. The limit material is 45 steel, which cannot be replaced by screws. The bottom surface must be flat.
8. Whether the return spring is standard and whether the bottom surface of the mounting hole is flat.
3、 Cooling
1. Whether the cooling water channel is sufficient and unblocked and meets the requirements of the drawing. Whether the seal is reliable without water leakage.
2. Before the mold test, the water inlet test with 4MPa pressure and 5 minutes of water supply shall be carried out.
4. Whether the sealing groove for placing the sealing ring is machined in size and shape according to relevant enterprise standards and set on the mold base.
5. Whether the sealing ring is greased when it is placed, and it is higher than the mold base surface after placement.
6. Whether the water separator of the water channel is made of materials that are not easy to be corroded is generally made of brass.
7. Whether the front and rear formworks are transported in a centralized way.
4、 Packaging
1. Whether the mold product drawings, structural drawings, waterway drawings, spare parts and mold material supplier details, operation instructions, packing lists, and electronic documents are complete.
2. Whether the mold appearance is sprayed with blue paint (if the customer has special requirements, according to the contract and technical requirements).
3. Whether the product has assembly conclusion.
4. Whether the products have surface defects and refinement problems.
5. Whether the spare parts and vulnerable parts are complete and attached with details, and whether there is the name of the supplier.
6. Whether there is a release form from the marketing department.
11. Whether the mold is packed with film.
12. Whether to paint the mold name and placement direction when packing in wooden cases.
13. Whether the wooden box is firmly fixed.
