1. The CNC processing process is too scattered
The reason for this problem is that it is afraid of complexity (referring to the preparation time), the programming is simple, the operation and processing are simplified, it is easy to adjust the tool setting by using one tool for processing, and it is accustomed to ordinary processing. As a result, the product quality (position tolerance) is not easy to guarantee, and the production efficiency cannot be played well. Therefore, CNC machining technicians and operators should be fully familiar with the knowledge of CNC machining, try more to master the relevant knowledge, and use the method of process concentration as much as possible to process, and use it several times, which will naturally reflect its advantages. After the process is centralized, the unit processing time increases. We arrange the two equipment face to face, so that one person can operate two equipment, the efficiency is greatly improved, and the quality is also well guaranteed.
2. The cnc processing sequence is unreasonable
Some cnc processing operators often arrange the processing sequence extremely unreasonably considering some problems in preparation. CNC machining is usually processed according to the requirements of general machining process preparation, such as first coarse and then fine (tool change), first inside and then outside, reasonable selection of cutting parameters, etc., so that the quality and efficiency can be improved.
Carefully use G00 (G26, G27, G29) fast positioning command G00 command brings great convenience to programming and use. However, if it is set and used improperly, it will often cause adverse consequences such as overshoot when returning to zero, decreased accuracy, and strain on the guide rail surface of the equipment due to the excessive speed setting. If the return-to-zero route is not careful, it is easy to cause safety accidents that collide with workpieces and equipment. Therefore, when considering the use of G00 command, it should be considered carefully and not arbitrarily.
In CNC machining, special attention should be paid to strengthening program retrieval and trial operation. After the program is input into the control system, the operator should use the SCH key and the ↑, ↓, ←, → movement keys to search for uncertainty and determination, and modify the program if necessary to ensure the accuracy of the program. At the same time, before the formal execution of the program processing, the program test run (turn on the power amplifier) must be carried out to confirm whether the processing route is consistent with the design route.
