Great news to share – our team just passed the AS9100 aerospace quality management system recertification audit with zero major non-conformances. This means we continue to meet the strictest quality standards for aerospace component manufacturing, and we're officially approved to take on more aerospace and defense projects in 2026.
I still remember when we first started pursuing AS9100 certification back in 2021. It was a huge commitment – we had to update every process from incoming material inspection to final packaging, train our entire team on aerospace-specific requirements, and implement full traceability for every single part we produce. But that investment has paid off. Over the past three years, we've worked with three aerospace clients on prototype and low-volume production projects, and they've all been impressed with our quality consistency.
What does this mean for new clients? If you're in the aerospace industry, you can trust that every part we machine for you will meet the traceability, accuracy, and documentation requirements you need. We already have two new prototype projects in the queue for Q2, and we're actively looking to partner with more aerospace companies who need high-precision complex parts.
Thanks to our audit team and our production staff for all their hard work to make this happen – this recertification is a testament to their attention to detail every single day.
