1、 Steps of aluminum alloy processing:

According to different bending equipment, the bending methods of aluminum profile bending arc are divided into manual bending and machine bending. Bending machine is divided into coreless elbow and cored elbow; Manual bending is suitable for small batch production, because the operation does not require professional equipment, the bending device is relatively simple, the cost is relatively low, but the labor productivity is low and the strength is high. There are five common methods for arc bending and stretch bending of aluminum profiles:

2. Bending forming method: There are three common methods, one is stretching method, the other is stamping method. The third is roller method, which has 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers, and one adjustment roller. The fixed roller pitch is used for adjustment. The finished aluminum profile is bent.

3. Bulging method: one is to put the rubber into the tube and compress it with a punch to make the tube protrude and form. The other method is hydraulic bulge forming. Fill the middle of the aluminum profile with liquid, and then the liquid pressure will bulge the bent tube into the desired shape.

4. Forging method: use a forging machine to punch out one end or part of the pipe to reduce the outer diameter.

5. Rolling method: usually no mandrel is required, and it is suitable for the inner round edge of thick wall pipe.
