(1) Rough machining process of hardware parts processing The process of cutting most of the machining allowance from the workpiece to make its shape and size close to the requirements of the finished product is a rough machining process. It has low machining accuracy and large surface roughness value. It is generally used for final machining of less demanding or non-matching surfaces, and also as a pre-machining for finishing.
(2) Finishing process The process of cutting a small amount of machining allowance from the roughed surface to make the workpiece achieve higher machining accuracy and surface quality is the finishing process. The processing of hardware parts, such as the surface of the workpiece, does not have particularly high requirements, and finishing is often used as the final processing.
