1、 Melting is the first process of aluminum profile processing and manufacturing:

(1) Seasoning: Calculate the added amount of various aluminum alloy components according to the actual aluminum alloy model that must be manufactured, and effectively match various raw materials.

(2) Smelting: add the selected raw materials into the smelting furnace for melting according to the processing technology regulations, and reasonably remove the impurities and vapors in the solution according to the degassing and slag discharging refining methods.

2、 Extrusion is the second process of aluminum alloy processing:

Extrusion is the way of processing aluminum profiles. 3、 Coloring is the third process of aluminum alloy processing:

Anodizing: Anodizing is one of the important steps in the processing of aluminum profiles. Extruded aluminum alloy profiles have poor surface corrosion resistance. Surface treatment must be carried out according to anodizing to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and surface beauty of aluminum profiles.

(1) Surface preparation: clean the profile surface with organic chemistry or physics to expose pure convention, so as to obtain detailed and high-density manual oxide film. Mirror glass or matte surface can also be obtained according to mechanical equipment.

(2) Anodic oxidation: under a certain processing standard, the profile after surface preparation will produce anodic oxidation on the conventional surface, which will be converted into a layer of high-density, porous and highly adsorptive AL203 film.

(3) Grouting reinforcement: the membrane pore porosity of the porous structure oxide film converted from anodic oxidation is closed, so as to improve the pollution control, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film has no color and is completely transparent. The strong adsorption of the oxide film before grouting reinforcement is used to absorb and accumulate some metal salts in the film hole, which can make the profile surface show many colors other than the primary color (silver color), such as gray black, copper, orange yellow and stainless steel plate color.

2. Extrusion. According to the aluminum profile dies with different sections, the aluminum rods are extruded into aluminum profile products with different specifications.

3. Straightening. The straightness of aluminum profiles affects whether aluminum profiles can be used on mechanical equipment, so the straightness of aluminum profiles up to standard is one of the important standards for the quality of aluminum profiles.
