Laser engraving

Also known as photochemical corrosion, it is a processing process that corrodes the metal in the target area with chemical solution after exposure, plate making and development. For general consumer products, the patterns or text logos on aluminum plates are mostly processed by metal etching process.
VCM board
This is a kind of finished metal sheet covered with film on the surface of stainless steel or galvanized sheet. Metal embossing
This is the process of embossing on metal plates by mechanical equipment. The work roll rotates and presses continuously, so the pattern also repeats periodically, and there is no limit on the length of the pressed metal plate. CNC processing
This is the process of processing with NC machining tools. Through the programming of NC machining language, the NC machine tool controls the feed motion and spindle motion of the tool, as well as other converters, coolants, etc. CNC machining has the advantages of high machining accuracy, high repeatability and machining of special-shaped parts. Compared with this processing technology, manual machining is not the same.
Metal hot stamping
