In the process of using injection molds to produce plastic products, because the high-speed flow of plastic raw materials in the injection mold cavity will cause great friction on the entire mold surface, it is necessary to select wear-resistant mold steel to ensure that the product quality is always stable in the mass injection production process. What is the processing standard of injection mold?

1、 Three standards for injection mold processing:
Injection mold belongs to the production tool of plastic products. Some complex products are produced in batches through injection molding processing. The quality of injection mold determines the quality of the final product, especially the injection mold of some precision electronic products. We need to follow the following processing standards:
1. In the production process of injection molding products, the temperature of the injection mold is generally high. Therefore, the injection mold steel produced by the injection mold factory must be the mold steel that has been tempered at high temperature, so that the overall designed mold size will not be affected even under the high temperature environment, thus ensuring the overall accuracy of the mold.
2. In the process of injection molding production, raw materials of plastic products such as resin and various additives will corrode the surface of the injection mold and affect the overall accuracy of the injection mold. Therefore, corrosion resistant steel must be used when selecting mold steel.
3. Plastic products generally require high surface glossiness, so the surface roughness of the corresponding injection mold cavity is relatively small during the injection molding process. For standard plastic products, mold steel without impurities and holes must be selected for injection molding. After the injection mold is manufactured, polishing, grinding and other processing must be carried out.

2、 Five major processes of injection mold processing:
1. Injection molding
In injection mold processing, it is also called injection molding. The principle is to add powdery or granular raw materials into the hopper of the injection molding machine, heat and melt the raw materials to the flow state, push them by the screw or piston of the injection molding machine, enter the mold cavity through the nozzle and the pouring system of the mold, and harden and mold in the mold cavity.
2. Two color injection molding
It refers to an injection mold processing and molding method that injects two different colors of plastics into the same mold. It can make plastics present two different colors or plastic parts present regular patterns or irregular moire patterns, so as to improve the usability and aesthetics of plastic parts.
3. Micro foaming injection molding
This process is an innovative precision injection molding technology in the processing of injection mold. It fills the product through the expansion of air holes, and completes the product molding under low pressure and average pressure.
4. Insert injection molding
Insert molding refers to the molding method of filling the prepared inserts of different materials into the mold, then injecting resin, and then bonding and curing the molten materials with the inserts to make an integrated product.

5. Nano injection molding
This injection mold processing and molding process is a method that combines metal and plastic with nanotechnology. After the metal surface is nano treated, the plastic is directly injected on the metal surface, so that the plastic and metal can be molded together. The nanotechnology can be divided into two processes according to the location of the plastic:
(1) Plastic is a monolithic non appearance surface.
(2) Plastic is the overall molding of appearance surface.
Injection Molding of Automotive Interior Parts
Those who are engaged in the injection mold processing industry should know that there are many kinds of injection mold molding processes, such as the above injection molding, two-color injection molding and other processes. Injection molds are generally formed in batches during processing. Therefore, we attach great importance to the methods and processes of mold injection technicians. If the specified requirements are not met during processing, the injection molds will be damaged.
