Common pollution problems in machining:
1. Exhaust gas pollution
The most common waste gas pollutants in machining are mainly machine tool processing dust, welding smoke, painting waste gas, etc.
Machine tool machining powder tip is mainly the dust caused by metal powder when lathe, milling machine, CNC machining center and other machine tools and equipment are cutting, drilling and other processing.
Welding fume is caused by the effect of high-temperature arc during welding processing, the end of the electrode and its base metal are melted accordingly, and the high-temperature and high-pressure steam generated by the coating and welding core is violently sprayed on the surface of the molten liquid and diffused around. When steam enters the surrounding air, it is cooled and oxidized, and part of it condenses into solid particles, a mixture of gas and solid particles.
Paint waste gas is the volatilization of volatile solvents and diluents from paint raw materials. Organic solvents will not adhere to the surface of the paint with the paint, and will be fully released during paint spraying and curing to form organic waste gas.

2. Wastewater pollution
The wastewater pollution of mechanical processing is mainly divided into domestic sewage and processing wastewater. Domestic sewage mainly includes canteen wastewater, accommodation wastewater and office and domestic wastewater. Processing wastewater mainly includes painting wastewater, dust removal wastewater, workpiece cleaning wastewater and wastewater generated in the processing process.

3. Noise pollution
Machining is mostly the collision between machine tool equipment and processing workpiece, which will inevitably produce a noise that cannot be ignored. There is also noise generated by air compressors, spray booth fans and other auxiliary equipment.

4. Solid waste pollution
The most common solid wastes in machining include waste leftovers, waste packaging materials, waste emulsion, waste engine oil, waste cotton yarn, waste activated carbon, welding slag, paint slag, etc.
