Overburning also occurs in the processing of thick metal sheets. In this kind of processing, the auxiliary steam used is N2, which is not easy to burn edges during segmentation. However, due to the high ambient temperature of the internal structure of the small round hole, the internal structure often hangs slag. The solution is to increase the working pressure of the auxiliary steam body and set the conditions to high peak output and low frequency pulse conditions. When auxiliary steam is applied in the air, it is not easy to ignite as when N2 is applied, but slag will appear at the bottom. The conditions must be set to high assist air pressure, high peak output and low frequency pulse conditions to make the solution better.
