Since the CNC cylindrical grinder generally has the Z-axis that controls the left and right movement of the worktable and the X-axis that the grinding wheel headstock moves back and forth, so that after the rotary body is clamped on the machine tool, it can not only grind the outer circle, inner circle, Shoulder end face, etc., the C-axis control function of the workpiece axis can also be used to grind flat and polygonal surfaces on the outer surface of the workpiece; various circular surfaces and non-circular surfaces can be ground through the linkage control of X-axis and C-axis. ; Grinding threads through the linkage control of C-axis and Z-axis; using the B-axis of the grinding wheel head frame to swing and grind various conical surfaces with different tapers, etc.
