Standard parts refer to the commonly used parts (components) produced by professional factories, such as threaded parts, keys, pins, rolling bearings, etc., whose structure, size, drawing, marking and other aspects have been fully standardized. In a broad sense, it includes standardized fasteners, connectors, transmission parts, seals, hydraulic components, pneumatic components, bearings, springs and other mechanical parts. In a narrow sense, it only includes standardized fasteners. The commonly known standard part in China is the abbreviation of standard fastener, which is a narrow concept, but the existence of a broad concept cannot be excluded,. In addition, there are industry standard parts, such as automobile standard parts, mold standard parts, etc., which also belong to generalized standard parts.
Non standard parts are mainly other parts that are freely controlled by enterprises except for the strict standard specifications and relevant parameter regulations not set by the state. There are many varieties of non-standard parts, and there is no standard classification at present. The general classification is as follows:
Non standard metal parts:
The drawings are provided by the customer, and the manufacturer uses the equipment to make the corresponding products according to the drawings. Usually, the mold is in the majority, and the tolerance requirements and finish are specified by the customer, without a certain paradigm. Products from casting to finishing completely need corresponding quality control. The process is complex and changeable, and the general cost is higher than that of standard parts.
Non metallic non-standard parts:
It is the processing of some non-metallic materials. Such as plastic, wood, stone, etc. in recent years, the development of plastic mold in the injection molding industry has been increasingly refined. The introduction of surface design and programming NC has greatly improved the cost and tolerance level of non-standard processing.
