(1) In order to ensure the material utilization rate and the minimum number of mold changes for bending, the thickness of the sheet on the same structure should not exceed three specifications at most, and the structure with higher strength requirements can be realized by pressing ribs on the thin plate;
(2) It should be avoided that the unfolded size of the part is equal to the outline size of the raw material: the shape of the sheet supplied in the market is not square. If the unfolded size is equal to or extremely close to the outline, there is no allowance for the whole square. After direct processing There is an error in the size of the product, which will affect the installation and use.
(3) For non-sprayed sheets with decorative surface requirements, the decorative surface and grain direction should be considered in combination with the sheet material. Regardless of the application, the decorative sheet should be used and the grain direction should be required. For non-exposed parts, the processing process To protect it from scratches, the weld should be treated after welding, and the processing volume is large. Therefore, in order to ensure the utilization rate of materials and reduce unnecessary processing, it is possible to ignore the direction of the decorative surface or use other non-decorative surface materials.

2. Design guidelines for hole-deficient structures
For the design of the hole, in addition to meeting the product requirements, it should meet the requirements of being easy to process, or not affecting the subsequent process and aesthetics after processing.

(1) Try to avoid opening the square hole to the root of the bending: the stretching of the plate after bending will cause the hole to deform. If the hole is made by hand, it will increase the processing difficulty.
(2) The processing methods of screw holes can be realized by different methods: direct tapping on the sheet; flanging tapping; riveting nuts; spot welding nuts, etc., the specific thickness of the sheet and the size of the screw hole should correspond to different methods .
