Realize precise CNC machining mechanical adjustment

To achieve precision CNC machining, several points must be done:


  (1) During zero installation adjustment, the feed dynamics between each axis should be adjusted according to the error. After use and wear, the transmission chain of each axis of the machine tool changes (such as screw clearance, pitch error changes, axial movement, etc.). To readjust and modify the backlash compensation amount. When the dynamic tracking error is too large and an alarm occurs, check whether the speed of the servo motor is too high; whether the position detection element is in good condition; whether the position feedback cable connector is in good contact; whether the corresponding analog output latch and gain potentiometer are in good condition; whether the servo drive is normal.

(2) When the machine tool is moving, the acceleration and deceleration time should be appropriately extended, and the speed change time; the connection between the servo motor and the lead screw is loose or the rigidity is too poor, and the gain of the position loop should be appropriately reduced.

(3) To prevent the roundness difference when the two axes are linked, adjust the positioning accuracy of the mechanical axis or the compensation of the lead screw gap in time, check the position deviation value of each axis, adjust the gain of the position loop, and check the interface board of the resolver or induction synchronizer , adjust the clearance compensation of the mechanical transmission pair.
