6. Generally, in the rough turning process, the power and rigidity of the machine tool and the ability to form iron filings are often constraints. If the best cutting parameters are selected, the maximum metal removal rate will be greatly improved. We need to consider the combination of feed and low cutting speed, such as the effective power of machine tools. Sometimes, when the power of machine tools is too low, it will lead to the use of diamond turning tools is not smooth. We need to reduce the cutting speed to a certain extent to get the appropriate power when selecting feed and speed.
