1. Generally speaking, there are no special requirements for the use environment of CNC machine tools, which can be placed in the production workshop like ordinary machine tools. However, it is necessary to avoid direct sunlight and other thermal radiation, and avoid places that are too wet or dusty, especially places with corrosive gas.
2. Corrosive gases are most likely to cause corrosion and deterioration of electronic components, or cause poor contact, or cause short circuit between components, affecting the normal operation of machine tools.
3. Keep away from equipment with large vibration, such as punch, forging equipment, etc. For high-precision CNC machine tools, anti vibration measures should also be taken.
4. CNC machine tools have no special requirements for power supply, and generally allow fluctuations of ± 10%. However, due to the specific situation of power supply in our country, not only the power supply fluctuates greatly, but also the quality is poor. There are often some high-frequency clutter signals superimposed on the AC power supply, which can be clearly observed with an oscilloscope. Sometimes there are large instantaneous interference signals, which destroy the programs or parameters of the CNC system and affect the normal operation of the machine tool.
5. The CNC machine tool adopts special line power supply, which is separated from the low-voltage distribution room and used separately for the CNC machine tool, or adds a voltage stabilizing device, which can reduce the impact of power supply quality and reduce electrical disturbance.
