Management system of machining equipment
1. Workers who process or repair equipment in the workshop need to be neatly placed, completed, free of waste and clean in accordance with the company's relevant top requirements. Teams that do not carry out construction as required need to be assessed.

2. The processing tasks of the machining workshop (machine repair workshop) need to be uniformly arranged and dispatched by the equipment management department.
3. The equipment management department shall summarize and sort out the consumption and inventory of self-made equipment and spare parts on time. Colleagues shall prepare the annual processing plan of self-made equipment and spare parts for the next year according to the situation of the previous year before the end of the year. The processing plan shall be clearly subdivided into seasonal and monthly production arrangements.

4. The equipment management department needs to communicate with the production department in time, hold a plan coordination meeting every month, check the completion of the monthly processing plan and the project progress, and solve the problems existing in production in a timely manner.

5. Mechanical processing should implement man hour quota management and economic accounting. The workshop will announce the completion of the production plan of each machine tool or operator every month, commend the advanced in time, and form the corporate culture.

6. The quality inspection system of machining should be improved and strictly implemented. Set up special inspection institutions or full-time inspectors to strengthen the process quality inspection. The semi-finished products that have not been inspected are not allowed to construct the next process by themselves. The raw materials of large castings, forgings and high-pressure parts must be inspected as required.
7. If major technical problems occur in the processing process, the equipment management department needs to convene relevant departments or personnel to study and deal with them. When waste products are produced in the processing process, the operator should fill in the product scrap form, find out the reasons and learn lessons. Workshops should often hold quality analysis meetings to exchange operating experience and continuously improve processing quality.

8. Maintenance before processing: wipe the dust on the exposed guide rail surface and worktable. Lubricate all parts as required, and the oil quality and quantity meet the requirements. Check the flexibility and reliability of each handle. Empty vehicle test run.
9. Maintenance after processing: clean all iron filings. Clean all parts of the machine tool. Part return. Carefully fill in shift handover records and other records.
