Hardness: Grinding wheels with lower hardness should be used to improve self-sharpening. Grinding wheels with G-N hardness are generally used, among which K-L is the most commonly used. For internal grinding wheels using microcrystalline corundum as abrasives, J hardness is appropriate.


Organization: In order to avoid the blockage of the grinding wheel during the grinding process, the structure of the grinding wheel should be looser, and it is generally suitable to use No. 5 to No. 8.
