When machining with CNC engraving machine and clamping the workpiece, first select the correct clamping point, and then select the appropriate clamping force according to the position of the clamping point. Therefore, the clamping point should be consistent with the support point as far as possible, so that the clamping force acts on the support. The clamping point should be as close to the machining surface as possible, and the position where the force is not easy to cause clamping deformation should be selected. When there are clamping forces acting in several directions on the workpiece, the sequence of clamping forces should be considered. For making the workpiece contact with the support, the clamping force should act first, and it is not easy to be too large. For the main clamping force that balances the cutting force, it should act later. Secondly, the contact area between workpiece and fixture should be increased or axial clamping force should be adopted. Increasing the rigidity of parts is an effective way to solve the clamping deformation, but due to the shape and structure characteristics of thin-walled parts, they have low rigidity. In this way, deformation will occur under the action of clamping force.


Fault phenomenon analysis method: according to the characteristics of the fault, organize relevant personnel for consultation, analyze the abnormal phenomena, find out the rules and clues of the fault, and take preventive measures if necessary to prevent the recurrence of the fault. System analysis method: determine the fault position of the system, and consider each block in the block diagram of the control system separately. This method can ignore the internal structure and only consider the input and output. Signal tracking method: it refers to whether there is any difference between the signal and the normal situation according to some characteristics and parameters of the signal. Static measurement method: use a multimeter to measure the on-line resistance of components and the PN junction voltage of transistors, and use a transistor tester to measure the quality of components. Dynamic measurement method: after visual inspection and static measurement, add AC and DC voltage, synchronous voltage and input signal lamp on the circuit board, and then use multimeter and other instruments to comprehensively analyze and diagnose its output voltage, current and waveform, so as to eliminate faults.


To improve productivity and reduce costs, clamping workpieces can be quickly clamped, and clamping with clamping fixtures can significantly extend the auxiliary working time. Clamping the workpiece with a fixture can improve the rigidity of the workpiece and the cutting parameters. Multi part, multi position fixture and efficient clamping mechanism can be adopted. These factors help to increase the surplus consumption rate. In addition, after using the fixture, the production and quality will change, and the scrap rate will be reduced. Workers with lower technical level can be arranged, and the consumption cost will be significantly reduced.


The welding processing of large-scale frame is to use the welding method to process and manufacture the square connection, iron parts and other parts into a frame. The welding is a manufacturing process of joining metals or other thermoplastic materials such as plastics by heating, high temperature or high pressure. The fusion welding is a method of heating the workpiece interface to the molten state during the welding process, and completing the welding without pressure. During fusion welding, the heat source will quickly heat and melt the interface between the two workpieces to be welded to form a molten pool. The molten pool moves forward with the heat source and forms a continuous weld after cooling, connecting the two workpieces into one.
