2. The assembly parts should be cleaned. Remove chips in time due to supplementary processing (such as drilling, tapping, etc.) in the assembly work, and clean the assembly surface such as cotton fluff, chips, etc., so as not to affect the assembly quality.
3 Before assembly, check all parts and components according to technical requirements. During the assembly process, the assembly quality should be checked at any time to prevent rework after all the assembly is completed.
4 Pairs of coupling parts and non-interchangeable parts should be connected to the marks made during disassembly, repair or manufacture, and assembled in pairs or sets to ensure assembly quality.
5 The cooperation relationship should be appropriate.
For fixedly connected parts, in addition to requiring sufficient connection strength, tightness should also be ensured. For example, the fixed connection to the bed, etc., requires a uniform distribution of contact points on the joint surface. For sliding fit parts, there should be a minimum allowable clearance, and the sliding should be flexible. For parts with interference fit, the actual part should be measured before assembly, and the amount of interference in the assembly should be controlled within the allowable range of technical requirements.
6 All attached locking and braking devices, such as spring washers, safety pads, brake wires, etc., should be complete. Open spy safety pads and brake wires are generally not allowed to be reused.
7. Between the joint surfaces of the two connecting parts, it is not allowed to place the parts on the drawing or the structure! In the assembly of Shenyang machine tools, the action point of the force should be correct and the force should be appropriate.
