Multi-step Black Anodized Aluminum Optical Lens Barrel For Industrial Camera Systems
The diameter of this lens barrel decreases step by step from bottom to top, and each level is used to install different lenses, so the coaxiality requirement is particularly strict. We use CNC turning to ensure coaxiality, then mill the openings and mounting holes, and finally perform black anodizing. Black is not only anti-corrosion, but more importantly, it can absorb stray light and improve imaging contrast, which is very important for optical products.
We usually control the accuracy within ± 0.002mm, and key dimensions of each lens barrel are checked before leaving the factory. Any non-conforming parts will never be sent out.
