This installation base adopts an L-shaped structure with a bottom plate and a convex platform. The bottom plate has a notch to avoid other parts, and two installation holes are opened on the convex platform to fix sensors or other moving parts. We usually use 7075 high-strength aluminum alloy because the mounting base needs to withstand loads and its strength is not strong enough to easily deform.
After all these years of work, we know that even for such a small part, precision must be achieved. We usually control the key dimensions within ± 0.003mm to ensure that customers can easily install it without the need for further repairs.
